②制作方法：将聚酯薄膜裁成2.1米长，宽约1.1米的操作平台上，铺放一层聚酯薄膜，在薄膜上铺***一层方格布，再在方格布上铺一层方格布，再在上面铺薄膜，再铺二层方格布在铺薄膜。如此重复铺放许多层，当铺***后，再进行手糊操作生产，用搪瓷把缸从搪瓷桶中取出配有氧化环已酮和色浆的树脂（0.8—1千克）倒入另一搪瓷小盆中，再加入树脂重量的47%环烷酸钴溶液，搅拌均匀，然后倒在铺***的上层方格面上，用一个***刮板将树脂迅速均匀展开。另取1张聚酯薄膜盖在上面，换一个小刮板在聚酯薄上面刮除夹在方格布中的气泡。当方格布全部被树脂液浸渍，气泡全部赶除后，将夹有方格布的上层薄膜一起移放到在一波型金属模具上或其它材质的波型正模具上，净化塔待固化即成一张绿色玻璃钢净化塔波纹瓦板，再重复上述操作即能得到若干张玻型瓦，每一模具瓦可叠放许多层新做的瓦，然后锯边修整即可出售。
